How does Beplace help borrowers?

We help borrowers obtain financing for any type of commercial real estate property in 43 states all over the United States. We use our solution to handle all of the tasks needed to prepare, approve, and close any commercial real estate financing transaction.

How many services can I sign up for?

You can sign up to our Standard Brokerage level for our full catalog of services. You can also contact us to design a solution for unique deals or business models, large amounts, or co-brokering opportunities.

How many add-ons can I sign up for?

You can add unlimited add-ons to our solution. Check out our special add-on bundles on our pricing page for even more savings.

How can I get started?

You can contact sales to speak with us. We can discuss your loan request and our solution, determine whether you should choose a Standard Brokerage or Custom Brokerage level for your scenario, work with you to complete your onboarding, and connect as many add-ons as you want for your transaction.

When do you bill me?

We bill you and you pay for our services at the closing of your transaction and the funding of your loan. We bill you for an add-on when you add it, and you pay for it so we can start work on it. You can view and pay your bills in your free billing account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Beplace offers several payment methods for your convenience and at absolutely no additional cost to you. You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and other digital wallets; credit and debit cards; and ACH or wired funds, or using an escrow agent.

 

How do I access my billing account?

You can access your billing account by clicking here.

 

How do I cancel my order for an add-on?

You may cancel your purchase or subscription of a paid add-on for any reason using your online billing account. Read our Refund Policy to learn more.

 

Are there any requirements to request Custom Brokerage level pricing?

No, there are no requirements. You can request Custom Brokerage pricing for any deal that you think qualifies as a unique deal, for a business that you think qualifies as a unique business model, for a large loan amount, and for co-brokering opportunities. Examples of unique deals include special situations such as a bankruptcy, or the financial metrics of the deal could be sensitive to certain pricing levels. Contact us to talk about your scenario.

Do you charge and collect sales taxes?

All our fees and charges include any sales taxes so the prices you see are the prices you pay.

 

​What support is available to help me?

Beplace provides users with multiple channels of support. Support channels include questions and answersmaps, useful links, and a list of contact information. A link to our Support is always available in the footer on this website (or in the quick links and hamburger menu on the mobile version of this website).
