Refund Policy.

Here is how you can cancel your purchase or subscription for any reason and at any time.

DICTIONARY.

We reference a dictionary that consistently defines the capitalized terms we use in our profiles and documents. Capitalized terms are defined using our Beplace Dictionary.

INTERPRETATION.

We reference rules that consistently interpret the words we use in our documents. Beplace Agreements are interpreted using our Beplace Interpretation Rules.

IMPORTANT NOTICE.

Beplace provides you with Beplace Resources when you participate in the Beplace Solution through the Beplace Sites, Beplace Apps, Beplace Premises, Beplace Software, or Beplace Hardware.

We have terms and conditions. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

1. CANCELLATION.

We make it easy for you to buy, and we also make it easy for you to cancel whatever you buy. 

 

You can place an order in the Beplace Solution but sometimes you just want to cancel an order. We can cancel it for you.

We begin processing orders quickly.

Beplace Services

  • When you choose a plan for Beplace Services, you'll be prompted to sign a Beplace Contract. You may be prompted to sign the contract, which you can do immediately after you choose a plan or at any time afterward.

  • We begin processing your order when you sign a Beplace Contract.

  • You may cancel your plan at any time before you complete the signing of a Beplace Contract.

  • You may still be able to cancel your order after you complete the signing of a Beplace Contract and we begin processing your order - please refer to the terms of your signed contract for more information.

Beplace Add-Ons

  • When you connect and submit an order for a Beplace Add-On and make a payment, you'll be prompted to complete your onboarding. You may be prompted to complete one (or more than one) onboarding, which you can do immediately after you place your order or at any time afterward.

  • We begin processing your order when you complete the onboarding for that Beplace Add-On.

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund of each and any Beplace Add-On at any time before you complete the onboarding for that Beplace Add-On.

  • You may not cancel your order if and/or when you complete the onboarding and we begin processing your order but you may be able to use the Beplace Add-On Guarantees to move to another provider anywhere else. Check out our Beplace Add-On Guarantees in our Beplace Add-On Terms:​

 

For example, if you submit an order for the Phone Number Add-On in our Beplace Privacy Add-Ons, you may be prompted to complete the onboarding for a new phone number. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you complete any onboarding.

 

But maybe you just want to cancel your order after you complete the onboarding. In that case, we can't refund your order for the Phone Number Add-On but you could use the Beplace Guarantee for Beplace Privacy Add-Ons to transfer the phone number to any other provider anywhere else.

2. RENEWAL CANCELLATION.

If your order for Beplace Services or Beplace Add-Ons is subject to any renewal, you can choose to cancel your renewal subscription at any time before the renewal date. Since you do not need to onboard again for any renewal term, if you cancel your subscription after it has been renewed for another term, then you will not receive any refund but you may still be eligible for a Beplace Guarantee. Please refer to the cancellation instructions above for more information.

 

3. PROCESSING.

We process refunds very quickly and so we try to process your refund the same day you request it. (We will let you know if we expect any processing delays.) Once your refund is processed, it may take 5 to 10 days for it to show on your payment statement - this is how long it may take for the payment and banking companies to fully process your refund and to credit your payment account with the funds.
