1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
Beplace has and owns Intellectual Property. Pursuant to the Beplace User Terms, Beplace includes Beplace Copyrights in the Beplace Solution and Beplace Resources, Beplace Sites, Beplace Apps, Beplace Premises, Beplace Software, and Beplace Hardware. All Beplace Copyrights are subject to and protected by the Law, and U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws, rights, and treaties. Beplace reserves to itself all rights not expressly granted in this and all other Beplace Agreements.

2. COMPLIANCE.
The Beplace Solution and Beplace Resources, Beplace Sites, Beplace Apps, Beplace Premises, Beplace Software, and Beplace Hardware may be used by Beplace Users (subject to the Beplace User Terms), together with strict compliance with any and all applicable Beplace Agreements, including those referenced and/or incorporated into the Beplace User Terms and, if applicable, any other Beplace Terms.
3. LICENSES.
You may request permission related to our copyrights by emailing us.
4. COMPLAINTS.
You can email us if your copyright-protected work was shared with Beplace without your authorization.
